Eating disorder is concerned for mental complications that increase your physical abilities and mortality. Day by day mortality increases the eating disorders with highest rate of physiatrist illnesses. Eating disorder happens for both men and women, even young and old, rich and poor and from all traditional background. The for most eating disorder are used by the diagnostic and statistical manual for mental disorders (DSM), like anorexia, nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder and other feeding and eating disorder.

 Cognitive behavioral therapy is decreases of negative thinking regarding body image and the concern for eating, and attempt to improve negativity and harmful behavior that are involved in and maintain eating disorders. It also motivate the aspect of permit negative things and behavior as well as capability to person think about food and body perception for multiple ways. Eating disorder is dangerous risk for physical health like blood disorder, gastric system process and other disorders.

Cognitive behavioral therapy for eating disorder is the best method to treating a number of various mental health conditions. It is probably depend on sessions. Session treatment are focused on recognize on thoughts, emotions and attitude that are based on their conditions. CBT facilitate a powerful method for Shattering free from the grasp of anxiety, guilt and shame that can manage our relationship with food.
